Agnes Mitchell

FOUNDER

Agnes is a fully certified Nutrition Expert and Personal Trainer with a lifetime of experience in the field. Her passion for sports and fitness started in her formative years when she actively participated in Cross Country Running. She knows what it means to commit and make a change. Her courage and determination drove her through many life changes of her own, including her permanent move to the United States 15 years ago. With all her family and friends remaining in Poland, Agnes rose to the challenge and succeeded in creating an exceptional life. Through hard work at a cleaning service, as a nanny, and as a private banker, Agnes was able to attend North Park University, receiving both a masters degree and clarity on her entrepreneurial path in life.

Agnes has since grown beyond the limits of cross country running and participates in full marathons and half-ironman competitions with her husband, Brian.

Currently, she is fully enjoying her work at New Me By Mitchell. She is extremely passionate about helping women all over the world get into the best shape of their lives.

Brian Mitchell

Brian Mitchell is a fully certified Nutrition Expert with over 6 years of professional experience.  Brian’s earliest professional experience with nutrition came from being employed in the pharmaceutical industry as a chemical engineer producing Vitamin D.  Since then, his passion for nutrition and helping others has transformed him into the highly effective coach he is today!

 

His love for health produced interest in the Ironman competition, where, together with his wife Agnes, he completed two half ironman races… with both a marathon and full Ironman coming in the future!  He now practices the sport of Crossfit five times a week.

 

Currently, Brian truly loves his work at New Me By Mitchell.  He is extremely passionate about helping his clients lose the weight they want, gaining the body they deserve, and increasing health, happiness, vigor, confidence, and energy!

I had been working intensely for almost 2 years, but I wasnt getting the results I expected.  I met Agnes Mitchell and started the program. Thanks to the New Me by Mitchell program, everything started to work out as it should. With proper nutrition, my workouts finally starting to bring their dream results.  My hard work wasn't in vain and I didn't feel frustrated like before. My starting weight:

116.4 kg = 18.3 stones = 256 lbs.

It was a real shock for me. I felt disappointment and angry at myself that I let myself get to this point of low energy and antisocial habits because I felt uncomfortable around other people who would judge me. In addition to all of that, I had a huge problem with my thyroid. My blood results were hitting the roof and my weight contributed to those problems.

I started eating healthy according to the plan that New Me By Mitchell provided me, drinking a minimum of 2 liters of water per day and doing exercises a few times a week.

Within two days I lost 1.5 kg (3 lbs). My hesitation disappeared! I thought to myself, "if it is going so fast why not try seriously??". And from that day I gave 100% full commitment. Believe me, working full time, having two small children at home, exercising a few times a week, and eating well balanced meals isn't easy, but it isn't impossible either!

Total weight loss after 9 months: 45 kg = 7 stones = 100lbs

There were times when I ate more or I ate sweets or junk food. However, thanks to the support I was able to get back on my plan. Thanks to a balanced diet that was adjusted a few times throughout the duration of the program and physical exercises, my thyroid went back to normal. I learned that consistency is a very important part of achieving success and this is exactly what New Me By Mitchell's program offers. Everything is accessible on the internet: thousands of diets and exercises but we wont do it by ourselves because there is no one keeping us motivated or accountable. That is why I was able to do it with this program that offers everyday constant support. In Poland and the UK I was diagnosed with the Gravesa Basedova medical condition. They put me on 3 types of medication. After two months of being on a balanced diet advised by Agnes, my thyroid started to come back to normal. Now it is in perfect shape (blood tests are very good).

After I reached my goal I continued eating healthy as well as doing my exercises. It has become part of my DNA and now I am addicted to it. Ive learned to control myself and my relationship with food has drastically improved.

My adventure with Agnes started 12 weeks ago. I never had problems with being overweight but because of my illness, desk job and laziness I started putting on some extra pounds… and on top of that I was completely out of shape.

I contacted Agnes because I wanted her to motivate me to lose a few pounds and to help me strengthen my arms which were always very weak. Agnes added me to a support group of women that I never met before, but who had similar goals to mine. In only 12 weeks I achieved what I had dreamt of: my arms got slimmer but stronger, from 143.7 pounds I got down to 133.3 pounds!! But this isn’t all.

Moja przygoda z Agnes zaczęła się 12 tygodni temu …Nigdy nie miałam problemów z nadwagà, ale poprzez chorobę, a przedewszystkim siedzàcà pracę i lenistwo zaczęło przybywać zbędnych kilogramów, o braku kondycji nawet nie wspomnę. Zwróciłam się do Agnes z prośbà, żeby pomogła mi się zmotywować, zrzucić kilka kilogramów I wzmocnić ramiona, które zawsze były bardzo słabe. Zostałam dopisana do grupy zupełnie nieznanych mi dziewczyn, które miały podobny cel. W czasie zaledwie 12 tygodni osiàgnęłam to o czym marzyłam: wzmocniłam I wyszczupliłam ramiona, z 65.2 kg zeszłam do 60.5 kg, ale to nie wszystko!
